We may also collect some non-personal information about you. For instance, when you come to our site we may collect information about how you arrived at our site. This information may be used to track affiliate relationships to allow us to compensate our business partners for generating sales at this site.

Use of Data We Collect

We use your personal information to allow us to process and track your order and to efficiently provide the services you have requested. We may use your information to contact you about the status of an order provide information concerning product recalls or products you have purchased.

Information We Share with Others

In order to process your order we contract with other companies (credit card processors, shippers, website hosting companies) to provide certain services to fulfill orders, ship your product and host our website. In some instances, these contractors may have access to personal information but they are obligated by law to maintain confidentiality of such information and to use it only for purposes of providing the services we have requested.

It is our strict policy NOT to share your personal information with any third party (except as described above) for any reason. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law.

Returns

Do you have issues with your order? Please reach out to orders@viennacoffeecompany.com to discuss your options for online credit or return.

To make a return:

  • Email orders@viennacoffeecompany.com with your name, address, the approximate date your order was placed, the reason for requesting a return, and a daytime phone number where you can be contacted and we will send you a return authorization number and the address to which you can return your product.

  • Place the unopened item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and return the item to us at the address provided.

[Note that some food items may not be returned for resale as determined by state law.]

  • Since we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages, we recommend that you insure your package when sending it to us.

  • Your return will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable except in the event that your original order was filled incorrectly.

Placing Orders

Orders placed before 9:00 AM Eastern will usually be shipped the same business day! Orders received after 9:00 AM Eastern will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via e-mail indicating that your order has been shipped when your product leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Rates

Shipping and handling charges for the delivery service you choose (e.g. "USPS Priority Mail", "USPS Standard Post", etc.) will be added to your purchase cost and will be calculated based on the total weight and/or dimension of your order.

Standard Delivery

You can expect delivery of most orders east of the Rocky Mountains within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS and delivered directly to your home. Orders to the West Coast may take an additional 1-3 business days.
